We had a great experience with Window Depot of DFW. Shayne came out to provide a quote and take measurements. They were able to accommodate our color needs to comply with the HOA standards. There was a slight delay on the door delivery due to some power outages at the manufacturing warehouse but the team communicated with us to set timing expectations. Jim and team came out for install and had the old sliding door removed and the new one installed within a few hours. Overall awesome work and we will keep them in mind for future door/window needs! A follow up to our initial install, our foundation was lifted for our building and our back door no longer shut. Jim scheduled a time to come out and made some adjustments so the door is working again. I appreciate the follow up and no questions asked adjustment to make sure the door is working properly.

We got multiple quotes and having done this before, I had a good idea of what the cost should be and this company was right on target, no messing around, just an honest quote. Shayne was a pleasure to deal with. Unlike other companies we talked to, there was no high pressure sales approach. Shane explained the product and process. I needed to get seven new windows for my house and chose Window Depot DFW out of several different contractors for several reasons. They were one of cheapest, provided a good quality window, and gave a straightforward price. My windows were installed two days ago and the installation crew was completely done in 2 1/2 hours. They were very careful with my landscaping and did a great job of both minimizing their mess and then making sure they cleaned up after themselves. It was very apparent in watching them install my windows that they were very skilled in what they did and took pride in doing it right. From the first call through start to finish with Owner Chris and face to face estimate with Shayne their personal and professional customer service never fell below exceptional. I was ready to throw in the Towle with off the chart ridiculous quotes and at the last second I saw their Ad. After getting quotes to replace all of much needed 37 windows and replace frenchdoors with patio sliding door for our home their quote was #1 hands down with their quality of windows, no up charge for double hung vs other competitors up charge option and no hidden fees or additional charges. I paid exactly what my quote was. Shayne was up front and spot on with the factory production time line caused by the pandemic. He showed up each day to ensure the installation was going smoothly, inspect each window and talk with us to make sure if we had any issues. Their installation crew has the same personal and professional customer service as Shayne and Chris. My understanding is their installation crew are not subcontractors who bid on installation jobs. They are employees with the company and this makes a huge difference with the quality of their installation workmanship. Our installation was a two day job. My wife took the extra step to cover all our furniture to help reduce dust. Let me tell you these guys were awesome to watch. They only remove and install one Window at a time with drop cloths inside and outside, shop vacuuming during removal, took extra steps to clean and foam the exposed window frame area before new window is installed. Each window was caulked and glass cleaned before next install. The inside dust was very very minimal due to this crew being very tidy, organized, efficient and all packaging and debris continuously cleaned up and removed. I highly recommend Window Depot of DFW. Loved, loved the service. What I thought would take 6 weeks to order custom size windows or possibly more, actually less than 4 weeks. A little mixup for installation, but only a delay of 2 days. Very happy with the quality of the windows and to be able clean efficiently. Protection from the cold shows how good the quality (north side) of house.

I replaced part of my homes windows last year and had such a great experience that I called them again this year to replace the rest. The windows are excellent quality and the service is outstanding. I worked with Wesley Neal both times and he was so accommodating and knowledgeable. I have already recommend him to a few people. Jerry Ross and his team did the install and they were great! Also extremely knowledgeable about windows. They did the work quick and took every care to make sure everything was installed properly and the space in and around was protected and cleaned. I can't say enough good about them. So glad we ran into them at a trade show a year ago to help us!

Well informed, well planned, reasonably priced, timely executed, good communication around events of double glass package replacement due to fogging. Can't say anything about the quality yet as I wasn't in the house when they did it nor for how long it will hold, but they give 10 years warranty. Definitely good experience so far though.

The Window Depot salesperson (Shayne Hunt) that came to my house was very courteous and friendly. He was not like several other companies I communicated with, which were more like used car salesman's. Those guys would quote me an initial high price and then reduce the price like they were doing me a favor because they liked me. Everything I ordered arrived and was installed in one day, and the exterior caulking was applied the next morning. The crew was small and was professional and courteous. They covered my furniture with cloth as they moved from room to room to protect from dust. As to the quality of the windows, prior to selecting Window Depot, I researched several other window company's and the manufacture(s) of windows they would be providing/installing. I felt that the windows which Window Depot provided/installed was better than many of the other window companies, which were charging the same price and higher. The quality of the windows look and feel so much better than windows you will find at the large home centers. The finishing touches, trim and caulking was done extremely well. Prior to applying exterior caulking around the parameter of the window, the installer applied expanding foam in the cavity between the window frame and 2-by-4s/brick. He did this around the parameter of the window frame where there was large enough gap into which a foam spray tube could be inserted. What I really liked was that the installers then custom cut and installed trim pieces around all four sides of the window which filled in any gaps between the frame and my brick. The trim was manufactured for the these windows and snaps onto the very outer edge of the window frames. It looks very nice. Because of these trim pieces, the caulking he applied did not have to span more than 1/8”. I tell you this because I have seen other window companies that do not install trim pieces and simply apply caulking filling up gaps of 1/4” and greater. After several years of weathering, the thick caulk will most likely show signs of cracking and possibly separating. I am very satisfied with the quality of the windows installed and the installation of them. I would use Window Depot again and definitely recommend them to others.

Shayne came out and offered me the best estimate of any of the three very reputable companies whom we had come give us a quote, and by a lot... like a lot. Some of the companies were quoting us, solely for the windows we wanted done, what Window Depot of DFW quoted us for the windows AND a high end sliding glass door we wanted installed. The windows are top notch, as was the quality and speed of installation. Jim, Jerry and Eli were the installation crew, which by the way is an in-house operation, when most of their competitors admitted to offloading installation to freelance crews, were on time, professional and caring with my property. They were clean, and went out of their way on several occasions that I personally witnessed to do certain work regarding our installation PROPERLY when they certainly could have cut corners. They prioritize the quality of work and longevity of their installations above trying to churn out jobs like some of the larger companies seemed inclined to. Shayne came back out to my property at the end of the installation to verify the work himself and to ensure that I was happy with it. When does this happen any more? Most companies have the owner/managers assess the job initially, never to be physically seen once contracts have been signed. To have a company structure itself in a way that so very clearly prioritizes integrity and customer satisfaction is an incredibly refreshing and increasingly rare thing these days. We were so pleased that Shayne is now my childrens' Godfather, as well. Not really, but I'd consider it. They're that good.

Very professional and answered all questions. Both sales and installers were wonderful. Have referred them to friends who are using them. I highly recommend this company.

Shayne was great to work with when we were deciding which window provider to use for our home. When the windows were ready, Jerry and his team came out and were great workers. Installation of 12 (mostly large) windows in just one day- they didn't even take a break. Highly recommend this group for your window needs. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and all at a fair value based on the other companies we priced as well. Call them!

Window Depot not only are professional as they come but they are very affordable. I was nervous because they were 50k less than other window companies and they bigger had a lot of bad remarks to try to keep from them. That to me made me question the other companies integrity. Window Depot was so fast. Had all 32 of my windows done in 2 days. The gentlemen that installed treated my home with respect and were very friendly. They did a great job cleaning up when they were done. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. One photo is from before, the other 3 are from after.

Chris, our sales rep, was thorough and answered all of our many questions. Install team Jim and Jerry were amazing. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned as they finished installing each window. Entire job completed in one day. We are thrilled with the look and style of new windows, Easy tilt in of upper and lower window will make for easier cleaning. We would definitely recommend Window Depot of DFW!

The team at Window Depot is so great to work with and I highly recommend them. I almost fell into the Anderson window trap and thank goodness, Shayne came and gave me a quote within hours so I had time to cancel my contract with Anderson if I wanted. Thank goodness he did that! We went with Shayne and I couldn’t be happier. The windows look great, the process was easy and we are already saving money from higher quality windows.

We recently replaced 18 windows and a sliding glass door in our home. Our experience with Window Depot of DFW was very positive. Their prices were much lower than we expected, and the product is fantastic. Was the experience perfect? No. But the measure of a great experience is how a company reacts to unexpected problems. In our case, the manufacturer’s rep who came out to measure our windows measured our bay windows incorrectly. WD quickly placed a replacement order for the bay windows and expedited the new order. Meanwhile the other windows were installed beautifully. We were replacing a bunch of casement windows—not an easy installation. The installers did an amazing job. They were responsive to our questions and I can’t imagine a better experience. I can not recommend them more highly.

Shayne was an amazing salesman and even stopped by the job to make sure everything was going well. Best rates around. You pay for what you get with cheaper rates. The quality of the windows is outstanding. Went from single pane to double and noticed a huge difference immediately. The installers did an amazing job. Everything was cleaned to the point you couldn't tell they were here. 100% would recommend this compan .

Chris Perry was excellent to work with. Installation was done in about six hours and the crew was VERY easy to work with and communicate with. In addition to windows we purchased a storm door and it was installed without a hitch. This was important to us because of a previous supplier and contractor that couldn’t get a storm door installed and left us holding the bag. The new windows look great. It was educational to watch the older windows being removed (they were 35 years old) and replaced with the new energy efficient ones. My wife is very happy with the new windows and anything that makes her happy makes me happy. Chris and the installation crew did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Chris and Window Depot of DFW.
