Energy-efficient, Vinyl Replacement Windows from Your Locally-owned Window Depot USA

Our 20 year old builder-grade aluminum windows needed replaced. All of the seals had failed and dirt sifted in on windy days. We sat through several sales presentations. The majority seemed to be hype and it seemed like some would say anything to make the sale. Everyone claimed their windows were the best, their installation is the best, their warranty is the best. Prices ranged from $10,000 to $40,000 for the same 17 windows and one company's price kept changing based on how we financed those windows! Another company didn't even have a local sales team. All the calls went to a call center in another state. Our experience taught us one thing. You must do research on the actual windows the company is presenting and you must do a comparison between those windows. Then you have to consider the service you will get after those windows are installed. Only one company, Window Depot of DFW, offered great windows at a lower price and employs people who truly understood the product. Shayne didn't just show us the features, he explained the features and was able to talk about the pros and cons and even how the same features in other company's windows would actually perform in the field. He was calm, honest, and upfront, not at all a high-pressure person. Still, we didn't just take his word for it, we researched those actual windows and found out that Shayne's information was spot-on. Turns out that we didn't need to spend 40 or even $30,000 to get high quality replacement windows! It took five weeks for our windows to be manufactured, the main delay being an eyebrow window which is considered specialty. Shayne and the installation crew, led by Jim, kept us up-to-date during that time. The crew arrived a little early on installation day (having sent a text message that they were on their way) and worked around our pets (inside outside etcetera). Shayne stopped by about halfway through the install; that's something you don't often see from any company! We watched very carefully and the crew answered all of our questions, explaining what they were doing as they went and never indicating that our questions were annoying or slowing them down (although I'm sure it did). Jim walked us through the operation of the windows including how to open the double hung windows inside of the house so that they could be cleaned without having to get out ladders or taking off the outside screens. At the end of the day everything was picked up, swept, vacuumed, bagged, and taken away and, except for the beautiful new windows, you would never know that a crew had been here. No money was asked for upfront. We financed the windows and Shayne came by the next day to have us sign paperwork. We had discovered the evening before that two of the windows were a little scratched up and Shayne arranged to have new sashes made, which they will put in for free! We previously had solar screens on our aluminum windows and were worried that the Window Depot product wouldn't keep out the sun. We ordered full screens on the front windows just in case we needed to come back and spline in solar fabric. But after a week it looks like we won't need solar screens anymore. The sun doesn't stream through the windows like it did on the old aluminum ones and even when it is near a hundred degrees outside, the inside of the window feels room temperature. These windows are also much quieter. We used to be able to hear the air conditioning compressors come on, but not anymore! The street noise is almost non-existent. We can barely hear our (dog barking) doorbell when we are outside. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the entire process and the windows. Can't wait to see how much our electricity bill drops!

I had a great experience with Window Depot. They answered all my questions and their installation team was clean, fast, and professional. The owner checked in with me after the windows were installed to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this company. There is a reason they have a five star rating!

I love my windows. Great people to work with and great pricing. Will do it again. Highly recommended!!!

We have 37 windows in our home and desperately needed replacement of the builder grade aluminum windows, however, we didn't like the green tint that comes with the low E glass. We had several window replacement companies come out and give us a quote and only one, Window Depot, could provide us with the bronze glass color that we wanted and at a lower cost. Shayne was extremely knowledgeable and professional as we planned and placed the order. The installation team, led by Jim, was amazing! Arrived per the schedule, efficient, clean and very personable. One window had to be reordered due to incorrect size, but was installed later with no issues. We had a new front door replaced today. Amazing quality, with an amazing installation team (again, led by Jim!). Our old door frame was rotted at the bottom and the door itself would swell or shrink based on the temperature and humidity. The new door looks great and is very secure. We highly recommend Shayne and his team.

Chris is quick to respond. Was professional. We've used Window Depot on 2 different house.

Worked with Shayne at Window Depot and Jim installed windows. Had 6 very large picture windows put in up high in master living room. Could not be more satisfied with quality of windows and they look amazing. Can't wait until summer to see the benefits of low e coating. Jim was great installing and even caulked some around house trim unrelated to windows when I mentioned to him we had water leak problems before.

Shane and his team (Jerry, Eli, and Justin) were great. Did 18 windows in one day with no mess and no issues. Would use again.

The windows look amazing. The installers did a great job and took care not to damage the landscape. They cleaned up after themselves and took precautions to minimize the mess. I’d higly recommend Window Depot to anyone who is looking for a good price on high quality windows. An added bonus, the windows are made in America.

We had Windows put in over a few years ago and we love the windows and one of the windows something came loose and the company was right out the next day to fix that everything went great when we sold our house everything was transferable to the new owners I highly recommend this company their service was great and the installation went as expected

From the first meeting of getting a quote to the completion of the installation, they were great! Great price, great service, and great work. On the completion my the window installation, they even helped me move my new 400lbs smoker to my backyard!

Awesome service

The team was extremely professional and thoughtful. The windows look amazing. I had a few concerns, but Chris made everything right. I highly recommend Window Depot DFW.

Very professional Carlos installed and one of best worker ever in my house

Awesome people, great service, A1 quality windows

Excellent customer service and overall just great, trustworthy, and fair people to work with. Couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism and quality.

Great product with an honest price. I highly recommend them.

The guys at Window Depot were fantastic to work with. Punctual, professional, and pricing was very competitive. Overall very pleased with their work. We love our new windows.

I was referred to Shayne Hunt at Window Depot by a friend and I’m grateful I was! Shayne was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and the price of the windows was just unbelievable! The installation team Justin, Jerry & Eli were very professional, on time & very friendly! They did a great job getting the windows installed and everything looks amazing! It’s like a brand new house! I highly recommend Shayne & the team!

Great company to work with. Very fair pricing as well.

Shayne Ross and his crew did a fabulous job on our window installation. I highly recommend them for your new windows!!

Did an awesome job and stood behind their work and word. You’d be a happy customer as I was and I saved thousands compared to American Eagle Builders who tried to rip me off

Great people, honest people, perfection is theirs satisfaction

Window Depot of DFW is top notch in my book. From the first call through start to finish with Owner Chris and face to face estimate with Shayne their personal and professional customer service never fell below exceptional. I was ready to throw in the Towle with off the chart ridiculous quotes and at the last second I saw their Ad. After getting quotes to replace all of much needed 37 windows and replace frenchdoors with patio sliding door for our home their quote was #1 hands down with their quality of windows, no up charge for double hung vs other competitors up charge option and no hidden fees or additional charges. I paid exactly what my quote was. Shayne was up front and spot on with the factory production time line caused by the pandemic. He showed up each day to ensure the installation was going smoothly, inspect each window and talk with us to make sure if we had any issues. Their installation crew has the same personal and professional customer service as Shayne and Chris. My understanding is their installation crew are not subcontractors who bid on installation jobs. They are employees with the company and this makes a huge difference with the quality of their installation workmanship. Our installation was a two day job. My wife took the extra step to cover all our furniture to help reduce dust. Let me tell you these guys were awesome to watch. They only remove and install one Window at a time with drop cloths inside and outside, shop vacuuming during removal, took extra steps to clean and foam the exposed window frame area before new window is installed. Each window was caulked and glass cleaned before next install. The inside dust was very very minimal due to this crew being very tidy, organized, efficient and all packaging and debris continuously cleaned up and removed. I highly recommend Window Depot of DFW. They are straight forward with their quotes and provide exceptional customer service from start to finish. Very pleased we found you last minute. Thank you Shayne and your installation crew.

Well informed, well planned, reasonably priced, timely executed, good communication around events of double glass package replacement due to fogging. Can't say anything about the quality yet as I wasn't in the house when they did it nor for how long it will hold, but they give 10 years warranty. Definitely good experience so far though.

Excellent service from start to finish. They under promised and over performed! We are extremely happy with our new windows! Jerry and his team did an excellent job installing.

Great company!! Great products. Great people!!! Highly recommend!!!

Loved, loved the service. What I thought would take 6 weeks to order custom size windows or possibly more, actually less than 4 weeks. A little mixup for installation, but only a delay of 2 days. Very happy with the quality of the windows and to be able clean efficiently. Protection from the cold shows how good the quality (north side) of house.

The sales people were great. The installers, Justin and Jerry were very professional and highly experienced. They did a great job. I would definitely feel comfortable referring them to friends and family.

Excellent sales, installation, and support team! Very awesome work ethic, installation went smoothly and professionally. Very well done, would highly recommend

The crew that came out to install my windows did an awesome job and they did an awesome job in cleaning up after themselves. My windows looks great. Would recommend Window Depot.

I needed to get seven new windows for my house and chose Window Depot DFW out of several different contractors for several reasons. They were one of cheapest, provided a good quality window, and gave a straightforward price. My windows were installed two days ago and the installation crew was completely done in 2 1/2 hours. They were very careful with my landscaping and did a great job of both minimizing their mess and then making sure they cleaned up after themselves. It was very apparent in watching them install my windows that they were very skilled in what they did and took pride in doing it right. I will purchase more windows from Window Depot in the future and would recommend them to others.

Window Depot’s team from sales to installation personnel are a #1 class act. I’m very impressed with the quality of their product. Thank you Window Depot for your friendly and professional service concerning your customer. God bless!

Great windows at a great price. What more do you really need to know. Maybe lifetime warranty? OK...that too. Cam

Very pleased with the whole process. Service was great. Would absolutely recommend!

In buying new windows we wanted to interview more than one installer. We talked with 2 installers, including Windows Depot of DFW. Shane visited our home and made us feel comfortable with understanding their product. The pricing was excellent. Now the windows were installed yesterday and we couldn't be happier. The installation crew was very professional and very competent. I HIGHLY recommend Windows Depot of DFW. Great guys. Harry Johnson Richardson

Great product, great service!!

The team at window depot did a great job installing our new windows. Also, left things tidy before they left. I highly recommend these guys.

Shayne was awesome! Windows are wonderful!!

Owner Chris Walker gave us a great deal. Jim Cooper’s team were great and professional. Quality work from Jerry. Went from foggy windows to beautiful quality windows. Will recommend.

I have been using this company for years! All 3 houses that we have lived have had windows replaced. I’ve only had to call them to warrant one window, that was broken by a huge dog that was visiting and broke the outside pane. It wasn’t an emergency but they still quickly got it fixed!

Shayne was great to work with when we were deciding which window provider to use for our home. When the windows were ready, Jerry and his team came out and were great workers. Installation of 12 (mostly large) windows in just one day- they didn't even take a break. Highly recommend this group for your window needs. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and all at a fair value based on the other companies we priced as well. Call them!

From sales rep to installers, all were on time polite friendly and efficient. Work was completed on time as promised. Shane made follow up visits to assure work was completed to the high standards he promised. Plus the price was great.

Great Products!! Great People! Highly Recommend!!

The installers were awesome. They cleaned and removed everything. I will definitely give as many referrals as possible. The windows transformed our cabin into a beautiful home. They were ontime and a joy to be around. The pricing and customer service was great. Thank you Window Depot

Chris, our sales rep, was thorough and answered all of our many questions. Install team Jim and Jerry were amazing. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned as they finished installing each window. Entire job completed in one day. We are thrilled with the look and style of new windows, Easy tilt in of upper and lower window will make for easier cleaning. We would definitely recommend Window Depot of DFW!

Shayne is was very knowledgeable about what I needed and explained everything plainly so I understood. The price he quoted me was the best out of the three companies I spoke with, and that was with a higher quality window then the other two offered. His installation team was professional and courteous and got everything done way faster than I thought it would take. I'll be recommending Shayne at Window Depot to anyone that will listen from now on 👍

Got in-home visits and bids from four companies and liked these guys from the start. Shane (co-owner, no salesman commission) was very respectful, open, and professional. But at half the price of the guys who advertise on the radio, i had to compare his brand to theirs. Researched his brand/model of windows and they got great reviews, independent of local installer, and all the energy efficiency stats matched up. Never any pressure from Shayne while I did my sleuthing. Measure/install team was just as awesome as he said. Did front of house and it went so well that we followed up with the rest of the house immediately, not waiting 6 months like we first planned. A great guy with a great team, and I’m really picky. Love businesses like this!

Shane and the entire install crew did an excellent job! Love my triple pane windows! Great experience and great company!

Great Company period!

I replaced part of my homes windows last year and had such a great experience that I called them again this year to replace the rest. The windows are excellent quality and the service is outstanding. I worked with Wesley Neal both times and he was so accommodating and knowledgeable. I have already recommend him to a few people. Jerry Ross and his team did the install and they were great! Also extremely knowledgeable about windows. They did the work quick and took every care to make sure everything was installed properly and the space in and around was protected and cleaned. I can't say enough good about them. So glad we ran into them at a trade show a year ago to help us!

Great customer service, very friendly, highly recommend!

The whole process was fast and so easy from start to finish. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!

Very professional and, so rare in the contractor world of today, did EXACTLY what they said they would do, and did it WHEN they said they would do it! Installation crew was amazing....16 windows, including some custom framing in 5 hours. Left our house cleaner than they found it. I would give them 6 stars if that was an option!

The new windows they installed today look fantastic ! The installers were very professional and kept things very neat and tidy . I would highly recommend window depot .

we were replacing windows on our home and took 5 estimates.Chris came to our home and gave a no pressure presentation and answered all our questions. we chose window depot and are very pleased. The windows are beautiful and the installation was done very efficiently. Jim and crew were very professional and courteous.

We are very pleased with our new windows, Shayne Hunt was very professional a d helpful from beginning to end, the crew he sent to Install were quick and very skillful, left everything clean when they finished . We definitely recommend this company.

Shane was great! He explained everything perfectly. Once the windows were placed they were installed very fast and they look great on the house. Thank y’all very much! Would recommend to anyone.

From the first phone call to the last window installed everything was great! Competivly priced and very professional. There was a glitch from the factory on one of the windows but the installation team didn’t stop until they made it right! Thank you Shane!

Shayne at Window Depot went above and beyond with his service and appreciation of the customer. Even with a hiccup, it was all corrected and ready to go for install. He is fair and honest. After 8 different proposals, I chose Shayne and Window Depot not just for the price, but because of his customer service. Answers all of my questions, even to the smallest detail. If you’re looking for windows, Shayne is the way to go.

Wonderful Windows, great salesman, Chris Perry, and installers stayed till 10:00 pm to finish Terry, JD, and Adam have tremendous work ethic! So happy!!!

Shayne and the installation crew are true professionals and went the extra mile to make sure my new windows fit perfectly.

Shayne Hunt is a true professional - courteous and restful of your property. Shayne and his thorough and detailed team came out to install new windows. Their prices were honest and cost effective. From the very beginning, Shayne was very transparent what to expect. He came to my house, following all COVID protocols. He walked me through everything, very detailed. He was the only guy who wanted to come out and see the house, review the older windows so he could adequately price the new ones. The team was very professional. They worked quickly but kept up impeccable standards. The finished product was more than I had hoped for, exceeding any expectations. I HIGHLY recommend Shayne and his team. There are so many options to choose from, make it easy on your self and go with Windows Depot.

What a great company...Fast, friendly, and professional... Highly recommend them!!!

Great experience! Easy to work with and did a wonderful job on install. Really love the new windows! What a great upgrade to the home.

I have purchased windows for various venues and houses from Window Depot and they are really good quality and offer outstanding service. I will be ordering more windows in the near future from Window Depot of DFW! Thank you!

We purchased all new windows and 2 sliding glass doors. We could not be more pleased. our experience started at meeting Chris at the home show. He was the ONLY vendor that was not pushy and gave us a true ballpark cost at the show. Next Shayne came to our house to give us an estimate. Again, very professional and not pushy at all. The three installers Jerry, Justin and Eli were also great. Very professional. They did the whole job in two days. They answered all our questions and COMPLETELY clean up after every window install. Installers were also very good with our two dogs who were very curious about what was going on. I researched many Window companies and we are more than very pleased that we went with The Window Depot. EXCELLENT JOB.

Chris came out and provided a no-nonsense estimate and was very professional. On installation day, Jim and his crew were also very professional and did a great job with 20 new windows. The company has been very responsive and trustworthy. Definitely give these guys a shot - locally owned and on point!

I replaced windows for the entire house. I have contacted a few window companies for estimation. I am glad I have made a right decision to go with Window Depot of DFW. Shayne was very knowledgeable and great to work with, not like the others pushing you to sign the contract immediately. His price was the best out of the three. And it came with life time labor and material warranty. The installation went very smoothly, very professional and efficient. I highly recommend Shayne if you need replace your windows.

Very professional organization and knowledgeable about their products

The team at window depot rock. I love my new windows! Thanks for the great experience.

Installation crew was very profession and hard working. Jerry Ross led his team like a well oiled machine. Shayne Hunt, our salesman stopped by to check everything was good and to say hi. We are happy customers and look forward to enjoying our new windows.

Good quality windows, good price, install team was awesome. Will use in the future.

We purchased new windows from Window Depot and were amazed with the energy savings. Thank you to Mr Hunt for a great product !!

Knowledgeable salesman - Shayne. Nicely constructed windows and the inside and outside can be cleaned from inside your home-double hung windows . Good installation team and they were neat and efficient.

I highly recommend Window Depot. Shane was absolutely wonderful to work with. They offer a fair and reasonable price. Wonderful work and the install is done in an efficient and professional way. Don’t look elsewhere, this is the best place for windows!

Thanks to Windows Depot, our home looks beautiful, clean and well insulated now. Shayne did a great job helping my husband choose the right kind of windows with great patience. Their courteous installation team came on time, completed the entire job on schedule, and left the home cleaner than before.

I obtained 3 different bids and by far Window Depot was the best overall price. Working with Shayne was outstanding. The intall crew was superior. They were professional, cleaned up, on time and personal. Thank you Shayne and Team!

A++ company- these guys could not have been more professional or personable. Quick work, great communication, fair price- what more could you ask for?

Shayne was an amazing salesman and even stopped by the job to make sure everything was going well. Best rates around. You pay for what you get with cheaper rates. The quality of the windows is outstanding. Went from single pane to double and noticed a huge difference immediately. The installers did an amazing job. Everything was cleaned to the point you couldn't tell they were here. 100% would recommend this compan .

Prompt, Polite, and Professional

Chris was very informative and thorough while helping me choose the windows. He was polite and respectfully answered all of my questions. He was a pleasure to work with. All people involved showed up on time (a rarity these days). I could not have asked for a better group of people to work with. The installation team was friendly and polite. They worked non stop (not even stopping for lunch). Zack and his crew completed the install while ensuring that they didn’t get dust/dirt on the floors. They cleaned up after themselves and even washed the windows before leaving. Highly recommend them!

very easy and professional to deal with. upfront pricing and no gimmicks. I would highly recommend.

Chris Perry is the owner, and we had a very pleasant experience working with Chris and Jim and his installers. Jim and his crew were very professional and efficient during the installation process. Very friendly and patient as Mark and I asked all of our questions. I would highly recommend Window Depot of DFW and will be using them again in the future should I find myself needing new windows! Sheri K.

I love my new windows. My rep. Shane was very informative and responsive. The installers were quick and efficient at installing the windows as well. Plus great pricing!

Great guys!

After My window install 3 years ago, I had one question. Shane made a home visit to inspect my concern and answer all my questions. Best customer service ever!

Shane went above and beyond. The entire process was extremely easy from our first appointment with Shane to installation. We are happy customers and highly recommend Window Depot. We absolutely love how our new windows look. So beautiful!! Thank you Shane & your entire team!

Very professional and answered all questions. Both sales and installers were wonderful. Have referred them to friends who are using them. I highly recommend this company.

Shayne, Jim and their team were excellent from start to finish. They were on time, communicative, honest, polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. The "sales" meeting was informative and not pushy. The install was surprisingly quick. Best of all, locally owned folks who care about their community. I appreciated the follow up call after the install. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Window Depot

Best windows around. Very professional.

Love our new windows from Windows Depot of DFW. Chris was very responsive and easy to work with and the price was right! Each appointment (measurements, installation) showed up on time and did their job in an efficient and friendly manner. Installation took about 5-6 hours for 16 windows. The crew was friendly and did a great job cleaning up. My old windows were original from the early 70's and I didn't realize how dated they made my house look. These new windows are so clear, they don't let near as much heat in, and are easy to open and close. We are thrilled with the final product and would definitely recommend Window Depot of DFW.

Great customer service I have used them for 2 different houses anything that was not as agreed on was made right without any argument will use them again

Highly recommend! Beautiful windows. When you are in your home and look outside, the windows even make the outdoors more beautiful, especially the greens and the blues. Shane and his crew were great to work with. Professional and friendly.

Window Depot replaced 27 windows at our home recently. Our salesman Shayne was a pleasure to work with. He even visited during the installation process as promised. Jim Cooper and his installation crew were fantastic. Everything went as promised, on time, and as painless as could be imagined. We got great pricing, professional installation, quality windows with zero headaches. Windows look great, wife is happy, and so am I. We highly recommend Window Depot. Bob McCann

Love my new windows! I highly recommend Shane and his crew, they were on time, clean, professional and my windows look great.

Great experience with Window Depot! They honored the ValPak promo and gave me a quote significantly lower than other businesses however, the quality was on par. On the day of the installation, showed up on time and all of the windows were installed in half a day. They took all of the replaced windows and cleaned up afterwards. Great experience all-around.

Window Depot not only are professional as they come but they are very affordable. I was nervous because they were 50k less than other window companies and they bigger had a lot of bad remarks to try to keep from them. That to me made me question the other companies integrity. Window Depot was so fast. Had all 32 of my windows done in 2 days. The gentlemen that installed treated my home with respect and were very friendly. They did a great job cleaning up when they were done. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. One photo is from before, the other 3 are from after.

Shayne and his team did a great job. Our windows are great, have made a difference in our electric bill, and look amazing. The value is great and we could not be more pleased.

Great customer windows are top notch

I will use Shayne for all of my window needs. Great quality, service and competitive pricing!

The team at Window Depot is so great to work with and I highly recommend them. I almost fell into the Anderson window trap and thank goodness, Shayne came and gave me a quote within hours so I had time to cancel my contract with Anderson if I wanted. Thank goodness he did that! We went with Shayne and I couldn’t be happier. The windows look great, the process was easy and we are already saving money from higher quality windows.

We had a great experience with Window Depot of DFW. Shayne came out to provide a quote and take measurements. They were able to accommodate our color needs to comply with the HOA standards. There was a slight delay on the door delivery due to some power outages at the manufacturing warehouse but the team communicated with us to set timing expectations. Jim and team came out for install and had the old sliding door removed and the new one installed within a few hours. Overall awesome work and we will keep them in mind for future door/window needs! A follow up to our initial install, our foundation was lifted for our building and our back door no longer shut. Jim scheduled a time to come out and made some adjustments so the door is working again. I appreciate the follow up and no questions asked adjustment to make sure the door is working properly.

Great Job, great prices, excellent customer service

Chris Perry was excellent to work with. Installation was done in about six hours and the crew was VERY easy to work with and communicate with. In addition to windows we purchased a storm door and it was installed without a hitch. This was important to us because of a previous supplier and contractor that couldn’t get a storm door installed and left us holding the bag. The new windows look great. It was educational to watch the older windows being removed (they were 35 years old) and replaced with the new energy efficient ones. My wife is very happy with the new windows and anything that makes her happy makes me happy. Chris and the installation crew did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Chris and Window Depot of DFW.

We used Window Depot again. Everyone they had working for them worked as a team from Sales person (Shayne), and Jim that measured our windows and installed. Jim and his crew were professional, clean, and just nice guys. I would recommend this team for windows in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!

Excellent quality windows and superior service. They cleaned up behind themselves and did it faster than quoted. Awesome!!

Everything was absolutely PERFECT. Wonderful people.

Great work. These guys were very responsive and replaced my windows quickly at a great price. I will definitely use them again.

Shane and his crew were great. Very polite, professional, on time and very good to work with.

Wonderful staff, amazing products and dependable work. Would recommend them to anyone in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

Now that we finally thawed out from the cold weather earlier this week I had to hop on here and talk about the new windows and the service we got. The windows look great and are an incredible upgrade! Our house looks great and we stayed warm throughout this cold spell. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. The crew was timely efficient and were more than willing to work around whatever we needed. Simply cannot recommend this company enough.

Awsome customer service

Enjoyed the entire experience! From Chris’s salesmanship to installation. It was friendly, and they did a good job of communicating to us. We had a picture window installed and they did a beautiful job! Highly recommended this company!

They look great at a reasonable price

Replaced 11 windows in Quinlan. Beautiful windows. Reasonably priced. Very professional and polite from sales to measuring to installation.

Do what they say they will - very pleased.

Everything about my experience was fantastic! I highly recommend Windows Depot to anyone who wants great windows at a wonderful price! Friendly, fast, beautiful, and clean.

We have had our windows for about a year and appreciate their quality and efficiency. When we had a problem with one of the windows, Shane had it replaced with no hassle. These windows really make a difference in noise reduction and energy costs.

The windows affordable and amazing. Installation is done in a timely fashion and every employee is kind and professional.

Great service! Very flexible and helpful!

Shayne Hunt gave the quick response for all my questions/concerns. Jerry Ross and his team did a nice job for the window installation. Really happy to work with them

Great customer service! Love my new windows!

Shayne was a pleasure to deal with. Unlike other companies we talked to, there was no high pressure sales approach. Shane explained the product and process. We let him know that we wanted to think about it and he respected our decision to do so. He followed up a week later and again, no preassue. We called him a few days later with our decision to move forward. Two days later they came out to measure each window and about five weeks later all windows were installed. The installation was professional and without issue.

Window Depot has a great team! Enjoyed the whole experience from sales to installation. The installation team did a great job and the guys cleaned up after themselves with no issues. My new windows look great on the house. Thanks Chris, you have a great team!

Awesome service! We called several places and they were the easiest to work with and always got back to me promptly. I always recommend them to my neighbors after our wonderful experience. They promised and delivered!!!

Shane and his installation team were completely awesome to work with! Everything went better than expected and our windows came out completely gorgeous! I would absolutely recommend going through Shane and his team if you are in need of new windows.

The crew showed up, on-time, and did a wonderful job. All of the windows fit nicely, and they look great! I'm sure my electric bill will be lower, because I already feel more isolated from the outside elements. Thank you, Window Depot, for an awesome job! ~Craig

Our house was build in 1999 and our windows were getting precipitation in them, and honestly, not appealing visually. We researched and talked with several companies and decided on Windows Depot because of the quality customer service and top notch product. Price was fair compared to others. Installation was completed in one day. A++++ You can't go wrong with Windows Depot!

Excellent customer service. This company came highly for a reason.

A couple of contracter friends suggested Alside windows as the best replacement windows available. Got referred to Shane at Window Depot. The whole process was very pleasant, from the first call to the installation that was finished today. Shane always responded to phone calls with answers. The installation crew did an excellent job. The windows look great, and, yes, the noise is noticeably decreased. And the obscure glass at each side of the door, matches glass in the door.

Wonderful people to work with from the sales dept to the installation.
